Situated in Bermuda Dunes, this lushly landscaped, palm tree-lined property sits on beautifully maintained 1-acre grounds and offers complete privacy, where guests can relax on poolside chaise loungers or take a break from the sun in a stylish pool Cabana, grill at a custom covered outdoor kitchen or sip on a cocktail by the outdoor fire pit. The estate is suitable to sleep up to twenty overnight guests.
The estate boasts a total of 6 large bedrooms all with flat screen Smart TVs, ceiling fans, premium mattresses and linens. Close by is the famous El Paseo and Old Town La Quinta areas with excellent dining and shopping options. Also minutes away is the new Acrisure Arena. If you are looking to play golf, we are minutes from PGA West with three public courses to choose from -- The TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament.
Enjoy some of the many world-class events like the Humana Challenge (previously the Bob Hope Classic). The Space
The estate is fully furnished with high-end furniture and fixtures, each bedroom has a flat screen Smart TV with free access to Netflix. High speed WiFi is provided throughout the property free of charge. The main house kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances including a Sub Zero refrigerator, Wolf stove & oven, microwave, electric kettle, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), Keurig coffee maker, toaster and blender. The Casita kitchenette has a sink, a refrigerator and a beverage cooler.
House Supplies: The property is stocked with trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper and laundry detergent.
Other Items: The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

CAN I REQUEST EARLY CHECK-IN AND/OR LATE CHECK-OUT? Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation for an additional fee, depending on whether or not there are other guests checking out on the day of your arrival or checking in on the day of your departure; our cleaning crew needs at least 5 hours to prepare the property ready for the next guests. If time permits, early check-in fee is $150 and late check-out is $150.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? No. You will be provided with a gate codes and a lockbox combo containing front door keys.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? We provide a comprehensive cleaning after every check-out. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? During the winter, the temperature of pools can range between 50-70 degrees. If you would like the pool to be heated to 84 degrees, we charge a fee of $175/day. Please let us know in advance if you would like pool heating added to your reservation.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? Villa del Gallo is a fully furnished estate with fully stocked kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and Keurig capsules, and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry detergent.
DOES YOUR HOME HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? Yes, but we recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to. Music and outdoor noise must be kept to a reasonable and respectful volume at all times, regardless of official "quiet hours".
DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $200 per pet.
