Villa Aiola is a stunningly restored country house set within a 700-acre estate. On the ground floor large living room/game room with access to the garden, billiard table, game table and dining area with kitchenette, one large twin or double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath and shower tube, one double bedroom with large en-suite bathroom with bath and shower tube (both bedrooms have access to the garden). On the first floor living room, TV lounge, breakfast room, dining room, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and TV lounge (with single bed if really necessary), 1 twin bedroom and 1 double bedroom sharing a bathroom.

Please note: For the 2026 season, both heater usage and air conditioning consumption are included in the rental rates. Any consumption of air conditioning / heating is not included in the price and will be payable locally: heating € 300 per week; air conditioning € 450.00 per week.
Upon arrival, customers will have to provide a security deposit of € 1,000.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damage incurred.
