COVID 19 PRECAUTIONS AND CLEANING GUIDELINES
We take the health of our guest very serious. We have implemented new and much more comprehensive cleaning procedures in all of our homes. We are following CDC guidelines and requirements as well as adhering to the new cleaning requirements established by AirBnB. We want all of our guest to know that we are doing our part to help our guest stay safe.
1. Our cleaning crews have received very detailed training on what products to use and how to use them properly. The products we use are all effective in killing the current germs and virus.
2. We are cleaning all frequently touched areas such as remotes, wall switches, door handles/knobs, tabletops, thermostats, keys, counters, and all surfaces that can be touched by our guest, as well as our regular deep cleaning. For a complete list pleas let us know and we will email you the check list that our cleaning crew uses.
3. All linen and towels are washed at the highest settings with bleach, then dried two times to ensure all germs are killed by the heat.
4. We clean first then disinfect. We also only use disposable wipes or towels.
5. We ventilate and air out each home and rooms for 48 to 72 hours after each guest check out, we then clean the home.
6. Out homes are fully stocked with all the necessary supplies that will be needed during your stay.

Large Ranch style home with 2800 square feet of living space as well as 20,000 square foot of outdoor space. This home is the perfect getaway for that world famous Southern California lifestyle.
The main focal point of the outdoor areas is the custom built 55,000 gallon oasis-style dark-bottomed pool. The pool was built to look and feel like it is part of the surroundings. Three rivers rock was used for the pool coping to give it a natural pond like feel. The black bottom pool helps keep the pool at perfect temperatures even for swimming from April to October. The pool is 75 to 90 degrees all summer long and the fire pit makes summer nights a delight. The pool can be heated up to 100 degrees if needed. (additional fees will apply. Summer heating $250/winter heating $300 for a 24 hour period) You can also enjoy the 6 person hot tub as you unwind each night. The surrounding outdoor cabana can seat 10 to 14 guest very comfortably in lush outdoor Sunbrella patio furniture. The cabana has two propane outdoor space heaters that will make those cold nights much more comfortable. Sit back and enjoy the warm California weather in one of the 4 poolside chaise lounges. Also located in the backyard are three fully adjustable 11 ft market style umbrellas. The home also features a 12 person gas fire pit that is the perfect place to end your night after a perfect day in Americas Finest City while enjoying freshly made Smores! A 75 inch TV is also available for outdoor movie night next to the fire pit as well as a 55 inch TV located in the outdoor kitchen. (Please request this prior to your arrival so TV 's can be set up) The home features a very large backyard with plenty of grassy areas as well as a large side yard perfect for setting up a bocce ball, horse shoe rings, or cornhole. During the summer, guests can set up a slip and slide in the side yard. The stamped concrete is perfect for setting up outdoor dinning areas or dancing under the stars. We have set up 4 to 6 round 10 person tables on the concrete areas for past guest. The outdoor areas are a very special place with over 45 mature trees and very well maintained landscaping. This is a very unique space and was built to entertain. You will also love the outdoor kitchen with a 38 inch gas grill, a gas stovetop, 3 compact refrigerators, and a full service beverage station that make entertaining a breeze. The outdoor kitchen has a walk up bar big enough for 10 people to eat and drink.
The home is also equipped with an incredible outdoor home gym. Enjoy your workouts poolside under the SoCal sun. A full size squat rack is located poolside with an olympic bar and 400 lbs of weights to use. You can also count on kettle bells, full set of dumbbells, battle ropes, medicine balls, TRX, yoga mats, plyo boxes, slam balls. We are also offering a Peloton bike poolside. There is no excuse to miss your workout. Personal trainers are also available upon request.
A great room that is 45 ft. X 15 ft located next to the pool make relaxing and enjoying a perfect day very easy. Open the two double sized french doors and let the cool San Diego breeze flow thru the home. A full size regulation pool table is available for you and your guest to enjoy. The pool table has a dining top and converts to a dining table for 12 to 14 if needed. The great room can accommodate all of your guests comfortably with seating for over 20 guest. There is also a 70 inch HD television with an incredible surround sound great for enjoying the end of the day with Netflix or watching your favorite sports games. A Karaoke machine is also included, and is sure to be a hit with your guest. A full service bar is located in the great room with seating for 4-6 guests. This is a great area to unwind and relax after spending a day in Americas Finest City.
A large 20 person movie theater is available for your family movie nights or for the ultimate gaming experience on a 20 FT x 8 FT giant screen. The theater has huge oversized couches that can double as additional sleeping areas for 4 guest. There are four twin roll away memory foam beds that can also be set up in the theater upon request. Entrance to the theater is located 5 feet from the front door.
The gourmet kitchen is fully set up with everything you will need to cook and entertain your guest, whether that be a simple family dinner or a Thanksgiving meal for 24 guest. Since I love to entertain the kitchen is one of the best stocked ones around. You will find everything that you will need for your stay. A wide range of serving platters, big bowls, ice buckets, and serving utensils are all here. Top of the line Kitchen Aide appliances, large dual ovens, beverage fridge, 38 inch gas cooktop, and a warming tray are perfect for preparing large meals. The kitchen also has a 2FT x 6FT stainless steel prep table which comes in real handy for large groups. You will also find seating for 12 guest to have a sit down dinner. Also located in the kitchen is a 65 inch smart TV so you never miss any of the action.
We offer a full line of service professionals that can be scheduled during your stay. Chefs, bartenders, masseuses, personal trainers, estheticians, nail technicians, and servers are available upon request.
This home sleeps 14 to 16 very comfortable but can sleep 16 to 30 if needed with the air mattress, sofa beds, sofas, and additional sleeping areas. This home is perfect for large groups of families as it provides many amenities and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the Southern California lifestyle. We are experts in hosting bachelor and bachelorette trips and can help plan the ultimate city experience for your group.
