This delightful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi detached home is unique and special in every way. You will fall in love the minute you walk down the long private walkway/garden which leads to the front door with a security gate. The lounge/dining-room and kitchen are all open plan and have gleaming wooden floors and sash windows throughout. There is a wood burning fireplace in the lounge as well as a built-in wall unit. Double wooden doors with a Trellidoor lead out to a pretty private garden and patio with a mountain view.
The open plan kitchen has a free standing gas hob and oven with an extractor fan. There is also an eat-in counter with space for bar chairs.
A security gate separates the living area from the bedrooms. The family bathroom is tiled with a bath and a shower. The first bedroom is a very generous size and has built in cupboards, wooden floors and an air conditioner. The main bedroom has wooden floors, BIC's, a separate dressing room and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a bath.
