You have exclusive access to the basement in the lower level, including a very spacious living room, a full bathroom, two very spacious bedrooms, the laundry room, and the shared backyard (with owner). You could enjoy it without interruption for the duration of your stay. However, you don't have access to the upper level which is occupied by the owner.

* There are 30-40 stair steps to reach our unit. Elderly guests with knee problems would find it difficult to access to the unit.
* We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
* There is an outdoor parking spot right next to the garage. If you stay for 30 days, we could try to arrange a garage spot. Parking on the street is usually difficult to find.
* The owner lives upstairs, however your entrance is private and your space is for your exclusive use
