Colours has a serious WOW factor, boasting magnificent waterfront ocean views, and is only a 50 metre stroll to the beach.
A new picture presents itself every day and the clear westerly ocean view gives you majestic sunsets. The back decking boasts country views.
This large home offers four bedrooms, the master with floor to ceiling sliding door windows so you can watch the waves roll in as you awake and hear the roar of the ocean as you go to sleep. A luxurious ensuite completes this beautiful space.
With a further three large bedrooms, sensational open plan kitchen, lounge and dining, this is a perfect retreat for two families. A large back decking and BBQ area completes this home.
Beautiful in the summer with a roof top decking, and cosy in the winter with central heating and a fireplace.
Of course, the location is only a 90 minute drive from Melbourne and a 10 minute drive to San Remo and Phillip Island. From the house it's a leisurely walk to the Kilcunda General Store / Cafe and Killy Pub.

The property is not fenced, however the back decking is fenced, please see images in the listing. Dogs are most welcome, we just ask that they do not jump on furnishings and beds.

We try our best to accomodate early check ins and late check outs where possible, this is dependant on bookings however either side of dates booked. Please rest assured we will communicate when alternate times can be offered.
