Totally relaxed atmosphere in our acres of property. Sit on our Queenslander verandah on the restored Jacobean lounges and listen to the beautiful birds singing in our extensive lush gardens. Or eat breakfast under the 100 year old kumquat tree. Read a book in the super comfy egg chair.
You can light the chiminea in our fern garden and sit in spaghetti chairs with a glass of wine or a hot chocolate and a snuggly blanket. Our Coonara fire place can be lit for extra warmth in the lounge.
The claw foot bath in the ensuite is deep enough for 2 and every detail from fluffy robes and bath sheet towels to bath salts and bubble bath.

The cottage is decorated in an antique farmhouse style. With immaculate finishes throughout the home. The beds are brand new Sealy mattresses with fluffy doonas and hotel pillows and linen. All newly bought beds too.
We live on the other side of the garden acre and will always respect your privacy except to answer questions or to bring more food or ammenities for your stay. We are very flexible and friendly aiming to make your stay as relaxing as possible.
We are only 10 mins from Berwick or Emerald. Just 15 mins from the Dandenong Ranges. Mornington Peninsula is a great day out as we are on the Eastern side of Melbourne. If you’re looking for romance or a family getaway. Cottesmore is the place for you.
