1 Bathroom upstairs in the hallway, 1 ensuite bathroom connected to Bedroom 1 and there is a third toilet downstairs by the entrance door.

Deposit is required to cover us for any linen damage/burnt/stained towels, property damage etc, fully refundable upon check-out if there is no damage.
This house is self-check-in. Guests have access to the entire house & parking.
NOTE: We are not 24/7.
Our team is available from 9 am till 5 pm on Monday & Tuesdays.
Wednesday, Thursday & Friday we are available from 9 am to 1 am to receive phone calls for support, guest communication & assistance.
Saturday & Sunday we are available from 9 am till 5 pm.

Should you wish to extend your stay, please do contact us ASAP, this is subject to availability. Contacting us 5 mins before your departure will incur a charge as this is very late. All extensions are subject to availability.
We offer late check-out till 12 pm max which is a paid extra, the usual check-out is 10 am. In order for us to comply with COVID-19 cleaning guidelines and cleaning measures, please check out on time so that we can prepare the apartment for the next guest.
It is very important that keys/fobs are returned to the same store from which you collected them. Failure to do so will result in a call out charge of £100 as they are essential for the running of the apartment & this can delay the next following guest and also affect their stay.
This apartment is great for any city centre trip whilst being in a nice family residential area. Nice and quiet compared to other loud apartment buildings.
No student accommodation nearby, the area is full of families so quiet, peaceful and away from the clubs/city centre noise.
Couple mins walk from the main city centre itself, or you can catch a £1 short hop bus ride to the city, or walk, or get an Uber!
