You will be assessed for suitability by fully answering all our pre-screening questions. We need to ensure that the expectations for our property are fully understood. Therefore, we retain the right to collect payment directly from you if there are ANY damages or items missing to our home after you have checked out. Please confirm that you agree with this and understand that you will be charged for full payment if the home is left damaged in any way.
