5 Bedroom House in Seven Mile Beach

Large detached home, on the ground floor is with huge open plan living area, huge kitchen, separate media room, laundry room, separate bedroom with a king bed and bathroom that has a sliding door and this bathroom also serves as the guest bathroom. Upstairs is a large room in the middle has two double beds, it has a bathroom shared with one other bedroom. There is a large master suite with dressing room, ensuite and bedroom with a king bed. There is another bedroom with a king bed and that has a jack and jill bathroom to the queen bedroom. Three of the bedrooms upstairs lead to the large patio. The outside has a large covered patio, large private fenced in garden, private pool, private dock so you can be picked up from your back garden for boating. Full concierge available for additional cost that can arrange private chefs, boat excursions, fishing charters, maid service, full day excursions and island tours. Great wifi and work space for those working when here.

Summary: We are a family that gathered from all over the USA who wanted a warm weather get away for the holidays. This house was spectacular and fit our needs perfectly. The house is immaculately clean, as was the pool and pool area. Every possible convenience was in the house, from pool towels to beach chairs to kitchen appliances. Having a washer and dryer at our disposal was a huge plus. The different zones for A/C allowed for everyone to adjust as needed and we were always comfortable, especially on the more humid evenings. The house location was great as we were a short drive to GeorgeTown south of us as well as Cemetary Beach to the north. The dock in the back of the house allowed for a private pickup and drop off of our group for a snorkel day and lunch at Rum Point. The house is on the canals, but is only 2 houses in from where you cross to get to the beach. The public beach is a 10-15 minute minute walk from the house (a 2 min drive and there is free beach parking in a lot), as some new construction on the beach has areas fenced off you can not walk thru. There are great lunch and dinner options directly on the beach at the Kimpton Hotel which is a 5 minute walk. While all beaches are to be public, the Kimpton was not allowing non guests on their beach during the holiday weeks because of the volume of their guests. We would go back to the house for sure.
