Situated in 'Albasol', a modern apartment block for only 12 residents, with large pool and private gardens. Entrance is via electric gates to your own indoor parking space. Access is then via lift or stairs to the first floor. The apartment has a delightful open plan lounge and dining area with walk through kitchen, featuring everything from juice maker to dishwasher, electric hob and oven etc. The bedrooms and lounge doors, with electric shutters, lead directly to the large outdoor balcony, where you will find comfortable outdoor dining for 6 persons. There is a separate outdoor BBQ area with direct kitchen access and of course, your sun loungers! Balcony views look towards either Meai Praia beach and the Sea to the left, or to the right, the Old Town of Lagos. The Beach is walking distance approx 7-10mins and the Marina and Old Town 10 - 15minutes. Just 1 min by car.
