The house is modern, stylish and fully equipped with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything is there: from internet to hi-fi system, from dishwasher to espresso machine, and from barbecue to hammock.
Villa Aquamarin is a must for nature+culture lovers and people who love luxury, atmosphere and tranquility. The Minervois region has twice as many sun hours as the UK. And the historic cities of Narbonne, Béziers, Carcassonne and Mediterranean are nearby. Budget airlines fly regularly to Beziers, Montpellier, Perpignan and Carcassonne, all within 30 to 60 minutes.

Wi-Fi internet in/outside. Modern cosy and light interior. Double doors to different large (partly covered) terraces around the house (15+30+20 m2). Magnificent panoramic and unobstructed view from the house and terraces. And then a wonderful hammock;
- Modern kitchen with hob, hot air oven, Nespresso, Senseo and normal coffee machine, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all utensils for 8 persons. Pantry with microwave, toaster, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, etc.;
- Four spacious comfortable bedrooms, three with double doors to the garden. Extra bed and chair for baby / toddler (up and to 2 years);
- Large bathroom with bath, shower, 2 sinks and toilet. Second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet;
- Basement (60 m²) with garage for 2 cars.
The villa is comfortable in the winter by electrical heating and insulation in all the rooms. The living room has a cosy wood stove.
Pool and garden
Large swimming pool (11x5 m) with Roman steps, shallow area, alarm system and underwater lighting. Around the pool is a spacious terrace (65 sqm) with comfortable sun beds and decks. The house has different large terraces (15+30+20 sqm). There is always a suitable terrace in the sun or shade, where you have stunning views on the pool, garden or landscape.
The garden is extremely varied with different groves, cypresses, fruit trees, olive trees, oleanders, rosemary, roses and agaves. You have much privacy and panoramic views from the gardens to Narbonne (25 km further). In the garden hummingbirds, butterflies, salamanders and night you hear the owl and the nightingale valley. From the grounds you can directly walk into the fields and forests with several walks.
In the garden is a stone barbecue and Jeu de boule can be played on the grass. The tennis court in the village can be used for free.
