This 2500 square feet Luxury Log home built in 2004 has all the luxuries of a custom home located just 50 feet from the most famous Salmon River in the world, the Kenia River. For those needing extra accommodations we just added a new guest house located just feet main cabin. The Kenai and surrounding area provide world class fishing (King, Silver & Red Salmon, not to mention Halibut and Rainbow trout) During much of the summer Red and Silver Salmon can be caught right off the properties private fishing ramp. Enjoy friends and family around the large outdoor fire pit, the true Alaskan lodge and amenities are unmatched.
My wife and I have 30 years of experience in the area therefore can provide valuable information regarding who to fish with and what to do and see during your stay. Only 3 hours south of Anchorage to the property located in an upscale riverfront area only 1.5 miles off the Sterling Highway. You can also fly to the city of Kenai only 20 minutes away. The property has a gated driveway with plenty of parking. Local maintenance and housekeeping is included.
This luxury home & guest house has many custom upgrades, outfitted with the finest amenities available, Log Beds and Furniture throughout. Within the home there are many traditional pieces of art, not to mention the many fish & animal mount trophies. Not only is this property a great get away for the guys or girls it's a great family retreat. Although the area is most famous for the fishing and hunting it is also famous for the it's scenery (Mountains, Rivers & Glacier's) and wildlife (Eagles, Moose) which abound. The property is located only 90 minutes from Seward and Homer two famous fishing and tourist locations.
