Positive: Good location that is close to everything without being in the thick of the city. Apartment was spacious and fairly clean. Host was always contactable on WhatsApp. Great rooftop pool.
Negative: Grumpy reception attendant (not a receptionist) and extremely rude front door attendant who yelled at us for getting dropped off at the front door in a Grab car. Apparently against their rules.. We got moved after a couple of days to a different apartment apparently due to a building inspection, which was a lie because they had extremely rude cleaners come in to clean the room for the next guests. They told us to get out and move, even though the next room we were to move to was still being cleaned.. we still had 8 more days to stay!? Very strange.. There were no hand towels or tea towels, hopeless cooking equipment and barely enough plates and glasses. There was a funky smell in the hallway and bad water damage in one of the rooms and bathroom.
Summary: An ok option for accommodation in HCM City. Location was fine and it has a nice restaurant downstairs. Needs some attent
