Situated in the cradle of downtown Greenville's most coveted business and entertainment district, you can cook your own meals, relax or curl up with a book at home or walk to hundreds of restaurants, night clubs and businesses. There is more than enough space for everyone to spread out!
Located in a 100+year-old-building, our loft has 25-30 foot ceilings, antique exposed-brick walls, arched windows allowing lots of natural light and light Ash hardwood floors. This unique and beautifully appointed space has hosted many types of gatherings in our years here. This space can be used for various types of events, from an elegant short-term executive rental to a small wedding. It is an excellent weekender for sporting events for Clemson, Furman or Regional Sports Tournaments, it is the perfect place for a Wedding/Baby shower, graduation stay or any small cocktail gathering. If you have an upcoming wedding in downtown Greenville, this would be a fabulous place for the Family-of-the-Bride or Groom to headquarter their stay, or even the happy couple on their Wedding Night! Full of light, beautiful art and furnishings, it will be a lovely backdrop for your special occasion, or just a relaxing weekend away enjoying all that Greenville has to offer. We are across the street from several popular rooftop bars and the best Sushi in town is right outside our back door. As an added bonus, we have a Comedy club and a local comedic dinner theatre right in our block. This loft is most definitely in the center hub of activity, no matter what brings you to Greenville! to top it all off, our beautiful rooftop deck provides a great space to relax and enjoy the views at the end of the on the holidays are awesome from here! The recent eclipse was amazing with our unobstructed view.
