- NOTE: Per Tahoe regulations, the maximum occupancy for this property is 22 guests, but only 16 adult guests are allowed with the addition of 6 children (5 years old or younger). The ordinance restricts occupancy of short-term rentals to 2 people per bedroom, with an additional 2 people allowed to stay in the house. These limits on occupancy take effect at 10:00 PM daily and do not apply to children age 16 or under.

All check-ins are "non-contact" for the foreseeable future. We have chosen Zoom as our platform for check-ins. The booking guest(s) should have the app installed on a phone they will be traveling with. Early check-ins and late checkouts will be addressed twenty-four hours prior to scheduled arrivals and departures.
Being a wilderness destination can create challenges in response times and services on short notice. Linens supplied shall be limited to the number of guests stated at the time of booking. Due to labor shortages in our area, some maintenance items are scheduled months in advance of you booking your stay with us. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Every guest booking our villa for a stay agrees to provide proof of identity, receive and sign all documents electronically (ie; DocuSign and the like). Additionally, listing owner will collect security deposits and other fees that booking channel partner doesn’t collect. Any refusal by booking guest to sign or to receive documents, or refuse to pay agreed amenity fees and deposits will constitute a cancelation on the part of the booking guest and will be subject to the following cancelation policy terms (60-31 days from arrival date 50% cancelation fee of the rental amount, 30 days or less from arrival date, NO REFUNDS).
