The details:
The kitchen has a dishwasher, big country sink, beautiful island with seating, a gas stove, microwave, double door fridge and freezer, and everything you need to make yummy meals from home. I love to cook to you have ample glasswear, cooking pots and pans in double sets.
The house floor plan has: 1 bedroom and bath on the main floor with the kitchen, living room and dining room all open air concept beautiful wood beams it feels warm inviting a great space to enjoy with family and friends.
Upstairs has a master bedroom king bed and bathroom with a kick ass open feel european shower and big soaking tub, 2 more bedrooms with queen size beds and a full stand alone bathroom with a shower and tub.
Downstairs fireplace, TV, queen sized foam futon to enjoy the fireplace or for kids/ teens to sleep, workstation table if you want a quiet space to work from, fully loaded bookshelf with half bath. Great for kids or teens and adults to enjoy.
The house has great reliable WIFI with boosters throughout the house so it is solid in every room.
Kick back and relax on the back deck, enjoy the spa hot tub which is the top of the line seats 8 ( it's actually quite big this spa) turn on the jets with a glass of wine or a beer and relax.
I fell in love with this property as soon as I saw it. The neighborhood is​ super laid back. You will hear the train nearby, it comes by 8 times in a 24 hour period approx. If you're sensitive to noise we provide earplugs​ for sleeping but I don't mind it. It's part of the mountain town Charm. You will hear the train everywhere in town as well.
Beautiful Nature Minutes from the House:
Visit 3 incredible waterfalls 10 minute drive from the house (Fairy Falls, Mossbrae Falls, MCcloud Falls), 1 an hour from the house ( Burney Falls), 11 minute drive from the front door to the ski park... I timed it! I go skiing everyday so much fun OMG. The Mountain View from the living room or front porch is divine too … pure magic!
If you’re an adventure lover, skier or snow boarder there is a rad snow park for skidoo’s on the way to the ski park, downhill sledding for the kiddos and a cross country ski park & for snowshoeing to suit your adventure. I love adventure and a nice quiet beautiful space to come home to for relaxing.
Drive up the mountain for sun sets, or visit "the meadow" for a sunset walk you’re going to love it here! In the winter the mountain turns PINK at sunset. In the summer it is GOLDEN hour around 8pm and it’s GOLDEN. If you like nature but also enjoy having a luxury feel, this is the house for your next vacay.

The whole house minus the garage which is for property owner. The house has front and back door private entrances, front and back deck, big driveway, very private, 2 acres of land, hot tub and gorgeous trees.

This neighbourhood is in a great location, easy to jump off of the highway a 6 minute drive from the lake, 6 minute drive from town ( we timed it) the neighbours and super people and mainly keep to themselves.
Mount Shasta is THE adventure station in my opinion in northern California - the list of adventures you can go on would take you 3-5 years to suss out and you still wouldnt do it all!
One of my favorite places is Siskyou lake - there's a cool walking muntain bike traill that goes all the way around it. Usually takes un 1 hour to ride on bikes, great for the family to enjoy. Loads of wonderful swimming holes to jump in around the lake. Water falls to explore within 10-20 minute drive from the house Mossbrae falls, Hedge creek falls, McCloud falls. Or drive up the mountain for epic hiking. Rent a mountain bike in town, a kayak and away you go! Nature adventure wonderland at your doorstep for amateurs and adventure masters alike. You will LOVE mount Shasta!
I came here for a yoga retreat and ended up buying a home... on the very same trip! There's a special energy to this place and you'll feel is as soon as you arrive. We leave you some pamphlets with fun adventures to check out all within minutes from the house.
Mount Shasta town is 6 minute drive to great crystal shops, adventure vortexes, spiritual feel, great health food shop and restaurents ( the thai place is rad and the black bear diner is our fav try the turkey plate you'll never cook your own homemade turkey again seriously delish) there's a few grocery stores too so you have everything you need in town 6 minutes from the house.
10 minute drive to Dunsmuirr ( great water falls sleepy little river town with some more great restaurents) 1 hour from redding where you can dash in and out of for costco, shopping and get your nails done in an afternoon if need be.
No shoes on in house. Quiet time after 9pm outdoors pls. No pets.
