This stunning, luxurious first-floor apartment encompasses the entire level and is located a stone's throw from Currumbin Beach. Walk into an open plan living, dining and kitchen space with separate media room, 3 bedrooms with ensuites and your very own private plunge pool on the open patio area - you will find it hard to leave this slice of Currumbin paradise!
The spacious open living area, with electric blinds, opens onto a large entertaining balcony with Bbq where you can lounge and take in the sea breeze. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen features a large marble breakfast bar and all you need to entertain the day and night away.
The master bedroom has a King bed, ensuite with bath, large walk-in robe and patio access. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, private ensuite and patio access. The third bedroom is perfect for the little ones with 4 single child-size bunk beds and ensuite. There is top-of-the-line ducted air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout this unit. Two secure carparks are located in the basement with direct access to the lifts.

Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items.
Leave the car at home - you will be within a short walk to local Currumbin cafes, restaurants and boutique shops , such as Tommy's Italian, Vikings Surf Lifesaving Club and Barefoot Barista to name a few, all located on Pacific Parade.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy. As it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
