This studio (Casita Lulu we call it) it is very modern and contemporary with pillow top mattresses and extremely comfortable couches and sitting areas. It has all the amenities of home: fridge, stove, washer/dryer, and queen bed with a double pullout for the extra room. It has its own covered area with a patio set and Barbecue and lounging chairs. It is great to sit under for your morning coffee or just relax outside with a book.
The resort is located a few minutes walk to the beach and on a very quiet street in the eastern side of Coronado.
Lulu is a studio suite located at the bottom left of the overview picture of our property. Lulu was designed for the couple that want to get away relax and just enjoy the peace and quiet, with the advantages of using the over 4000 sq ft pool area. This area has a fully equip kitchen with another BBQ stove top cooking wrap around granite counter tops and a dishwasher. It was designed to be the social area of the property.
Our property is very large we have 2 villas and extra rooms with bathrooms If your looking something a bit larger. We can make arrangements to have up to 15 people using both villas and the spare rooms. Our additional rental (Casita Bella) is vrbo listing 1010247.
You will have access to the 1 acre yard filled with fruit trees, numerous plants and the newly completed 4000 sq ft outdoor kitchen and pool area, with an ocean view. For large groups the property contains an additional 1 bedroom villa (VRBO ID# 1010247) and 2 bedrooms below the covered terrace. We are able to host up to 14 people. If you are interested in renting the entire property, please contact the Property Manager in order to determine rates and availability.
We also have a golf cart available for rent on a first come first serve basis

Summary: Just a short note to tell you how much our entire family enjoyed our time at your Coronado property. It was lovely! The casitas' furnishing and finishes were beautiful inside and out, as were the grounds, plantings and amenities. Late July was the perfect time of year to enjoy your gorgeous gardens of flowering shrubs and plants, palms and trees everywhere, especially the fruiting purple mango! Could not have been better. The new, green grass was soft and inviting underfoot, especially for our barefoot 18 month old grandson. Rain was minimal and AC was very efficient when we needed it it...but we preferred our time outdoors under the fans in the roofed pavillions, in the pool, and BBQing with our new Panamanian family--yours was a super place for our gatherings. The sparking black sand of Coronado beach really gave meaning to the phrase 'Diamonds on the soles of your shoes." :-) Many thanks, Joan
