There are two bedrooms: Bedroom 1 (The Master) has a queen bed, is large and bright with large windows, an abundance of storage, and its own ensuite with walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, large operable windows, with generous storage and wardrobe.
The main living area enjoys seven meter high ceilings with ample light and is equipped with smart TV with wifi and access to Netflix etc. Centrally located split system air conditioning is capable of cooling the entire apartment including both bedrooms (note: the second bedroom will need to be slightly open to be cooled down via A/C or you can just open the windows to enjoy the breezes).
The Kitchen is the centerpiece of the apartment and is fully equipped with top of the range appliances including Bosch cooktops, rangehood, oven and dishwasher, with the microwave hidden in the cupboard. The smokey mirror island bench makes for a feature with a black stone top that will be perfect to host visiting guests or even the perfect stage to prepare a special dinner for loved ones.
