"The Haven" is our beautiful family seaview ex-fisherman's cottage located on The Milford Waterway and directly located on the famous Pembrokeshire coastal path.
The property gives you the ideal opportunity to base yourself within 10 -30 minutes drive of upto 20 of Pembrokeshire's award winning beaches. You are within 10 minutes walk / 2 minutes drive of the marina, with its restaurants, bars and shops. 10 Minutes drive away is Haverfordwest and Pembroke. Both towns offer a full range of shops and facilities.
The cottage was completely renovated and reconfigured in 2022/23 to modern day standards. It now provides a convenient layout: a large open plan lounge with dedicated breakfast and dining area.
There is a large fully stocked kitchen with a black theme and a handy downstairs toilet. On the first floor is a large double bedroom & twin bedded room and a luxurious fully tiled modern shower room with high end brass fixtures and fittings.
A staircase then takes you up to the master kingsize loft bedroom, with a large picture window providing breath-taking panoramic views over the Milford Waterway. Gaze through and watch the ships & pleasure boats sailing by. Its a truly relaxing vista. As a special treat in November, is a spectacular fireworks display on the waterway. This house will give you a panoramic view of the event.
There is public parking next to the property which is free. Loading and unloading can be done in front of the house, on the private service road.
Within the marina complex are some delightful shops, offering locally produced food and goods. These include a gourmet chocolate shop, a vegan restaurant, a cocktail bar, restaurants with locally caught fish, American inspired sweet shop, boutique clothing & gift shops and an artisan ice cream parlour, the chocolate flavour is devine. Parking is free and extensive at the marina.
