Brand new luxurious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom mountain getaway with direct access to the Quick Draw Express Ski Lift (strap on your skis and ski down). Our home is the heart of Granby Ranch and provides immaculate views and year round activities for the entire family. Enjoy skiing, snowcat tours, snowshoeing, and winter festivities at the base during our winter season. Our summer season offers golfing, fishing, hiking, biking, and summer concerts!

Situated between Rocky Mountain National Park (30 minutes) and Winter Park (30 minutes), this house offers the ideal retreat for family and friends. Relax on your choice of two patios with mountain views. Warm yourself in our hot tub or by the living room fireplace after a day of adventures (Lake Granby and Hot Sulphur Springs are each 20 minutes away).

This luxury 4-bedroom mountain home on two levels has an open floor plan, 2 outdoor patios, 2livingareas and a brand new outdoor hot tub. This home is perfect for a large group or family to enjoy everything Grand County has to offer and more.
The main level of the home featuresa living room with gasfireplace anda largeflatscreen TV,perfect for movie night after a day on the slopes.The fully-equipped kitchen has a gas range with griddle and large island that seats four. Opposite the island is a spacious dining table that seats 6. There is additional seating on our outdoor patio. There is a powder bathroom on this level as well. Also located on the main level is the Master bedroom with King bed, ensuite bathroom with glass-enclosed shower, two sinks, and walk-in closet. Sip morning coffee on the patio or grill up a feast on the outdoor BBQ. In the evening, soak your worries away in the hot tub on the lower level patio, enjoying the stars over the mountain range views.
On our lower level is the second primary bedroom with King bed with TV, ensuite two sink bathroom with glass-
enclosed shower and bench, and walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms on the lower level feature a Queen bed with TV in one room and robust Full over Full bunk and a Twin over Twin bunk bed as well. These two guest rooms share a hallway bathroom with bathtub, shower, and two sinks. There is also a second family room on this level with a pull-out Queen sofa and large Smart TV.
All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and small appliances (griddle, crock pot, blender, rice cooker and waffle maker).
Other Amenities:
The Ranch House at Granby Ranch (5 minutes away by car) has a ping-pong table, foosball, and a fitness center with weights, treadmills, etc. Current rates for guests of Granby Ranch: $10 for a Day Pass per guest (kids 6 and under are free). Simply provide a copy of your reservation with the address showing.

House Rules:
1. Please respect Granby’s quiet hours: 9PM to 7AM. Renter is responsible for all costs
related to noise violations received during their stay.
2. No events of any kind permitted at any time. Violations will result in immediate eviction
and a $1500 fine.
3. Only four vehicles maximum at this property (two inside the garage and two in the
driveway). No on-street parking allowed at any time. Our HOA does fine and tow. Renter
is responsible for any costs incurred.
4. Minimum 25 years of age to rent.
5. This house is smoke-free and vape-free.This is also a policy of Granby Ranch. By renting
this house, you are agreeing to not smoke in this house. Your deposit is forfeit if
evidence of smoke is found upon check out.
6. Owner and Winter Park House are not liable for damages, loss, theft, or injury to guests.
The supervision and safety of all children are the direct responsibility of Guests, Parents,
or Caretakers of any child on the property.
7. No boats or trailers are allowed.This is HOA policy. Any fines from the home owner
association will be taken out of the refundable deposit.
