Luxury Villa MA&RO is located in Kaštel Kambelovac, City of Kaštela, Split-Dalmatian County and consist of two luxury apartments that offer supreme accommodation in the most privileged spot of Kaštel Kambelovac. High quality services and pure comfort are blended in an inspiring atmosphere of relaxation and rejuvenation, with the energy of the Adriatic breeze overwhelming you. Upon parking at the free parking area in front of the house , you walk into a majestic canvas of colors and brightness, enjoying the impressive interior.
Unwind to the large swimming pool with the comfortable sun loungers, enjoy the tastes and feel relaxed surrounded by the lavish garden, the traditional architecture, the colours and the dance of the Meditterranean herbs and flowers.
Villa MA&RO can be rented as one unit, suitable for 10 people or per apartment.
Apartment 1 – Ground floor
Apartment 1 has 50 m2 of living space and has 2 bedrooms: one with double bed and the safe deposit box, the other with bunk bed. Elegant bathroom has a walk in shower. Spacious living room connects to the modern equipped kitchen and dining area, but also opens to the spacious terrace, garden and the swimming pool area with loungers and garden furniture, an outside dining table, a BBQ, swimming pool, and a sundeck area.
Apartment 1 can accommodate up to 4 people.
Baby cot and baby feeding high chair available on request.
This apartment is accessible for any disability.
Apartment 2 – 1st floor
Apartment 2 has 100 m2 of living space. The spacious living room opens to the balcony with the sea view and is connected to the fully equipped kitchen, also with a balcony. It has 3 bedrooms; master en-suite room with the king size bed and a safe deposit, single room (with 120x200 bed), a balcony and the play stuff. This room has a sea view. The third room has a bunk bed, a balcony and a sea view. Apartment 2 has an additional fully equipped bathroom.
Apartment 2 can accommodate up to 5 people.
Baby cot and baby feeding high chair available on request.
This apartment has a great sea view, also access to the swimming pool, sundeck area, BBQ .
