Located in one of the best neighborhoods in La Mairena - Marbella East side - and close to the renowned German and Eco Schools. The La Mairena area offers a secluded and peaceful environment but still close to the bustling coastal areas. It is situated less than 10 minutes scenic drive up the hill from all the restaurants, shops, and beaches in Elviria and 30 min from the airport/Malaga.
It is also aquipped wih solar panels, electric car charger, filtered water/drinking water, garden led lights, security cameras, security shutter system and electronic door locks among other things.

Deposition:
Upon check-in, a security deposit of 2 500 euros can be settled either in cash or by card. This amount will be refunded during check-out, provided the accommodation is in satisfactory condition.
