Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at CP was a mixed experience. The house is a beautiful, modern house with great spaces, furniture, and a well-equipped kitchen. there was plenty space for our family of 6. The access road to the house is mostly dirt and has a lot of holes. We were fine without a 4x4 but I will strongly recommend one. What you get in exchange is beautiful views! The not so good: When we arrived at the house the pool was dirty. There was dirt and debris at the bottom of the pool and the water surface was cloudy. I sent a message to the hosting company with pictures and got a response saying the will help us the next day which was disappointing since the pool should have been swim ready. After they cleaned the pool it was still too dirty to swim in. They cleaned it again the following day and we could finally use it on our very last night. I sent several messages to the company asking if they will consider providing compensation for not having access to the pool for most of our stay but never got a proper response. This is perhaps the best house we have stayed at. Communications could be better and a bit more personal.
