Villa Robledal is situated in the prestigious and exclusive urbanisation of Golf Rio Real, some four kilometres from the centre of Marbella. The villa boasts spectacular views of the sea, the golf course and the mountains behind. The beach is a 1.5 km walk away and several beach bars are close by, including Trocadero Arena. Also with the new "Senda Litoral" a fantastic walk along the coastal path takes you right into Marbella and the golden mile. it is the ideal location for your holiday and base to explore all that the Costa del Sol has to offer.
The villa itself has been built and renovated to the highest quality standards. Upon entering the house you are greeted with a spectacular living room with sofa area and cosy fireplace, TV area, separate dining room and superb open plan kitchen with NEF appliances. All areas have spectacular views to the sea and the golf course.
The main house has five bedrooms on the top two floors, four of them are independent suites with fitted wardrobes and large en-suite bathrooms, plus there is a guest toilet next to the smaller 5th bedroom.
On the lower ground floor there is a soundproofed games room with all the equipment and a fantastic separate apartment with kitchen, bathroom and a large living/sleeping area which can sleep an additional 4 people.
There is plenty of outdoor space around the villa on its 1,840 square metre plot, highlighted by the huge swimming pool and fantastic lawns. The pool is surrounded by amazing terrace areas with everything you need to enjoy the pool and the stunning scenery.

Two further bedrooms, one also with the fantastic sea and golf views and access to the main terrace, walk-in wardrobe and large en-suite bathroom, and the other with mountain and resort views, en-suite bathroom and plenty of wardrobe space. Also on the main landing there is a reading/chill-out area.
