You have 260 m2 of living space at your disposal, the total area of the property is 750 m2. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. Guests are accommodated in 4 bedrooms, three of which are located on the upper floor and the fourth on the first floor. Three bedrooms have double beds and one has 2 single beds. In addition, each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, two bedrooms have a terrace. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with corner sofa, ideal for watching your favorite movies or series. Next to it is a dining room with a dining table that seats 8. Of course, there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a wine fridge and a bar with 4 bar stools. The villa also has a Dolby surround system, Bluetooth, Smart Home and Netflix. On the outdoor terrace you can refresh yourself in the heated pool of 45 m² and 1.4 m deep. The pool is filled with salt water and next to it there are 8 sunbeds for sunbathing. Prepare delicious meals for family and friends on the outdoor gas grill and taste them at the covered outdoor dining table. You can relax your mind and body in the sauna and spend romantic evenings watching the sunset from the hot tub, located on the upper terrace. There is also an outdoor seating area, perfect for drinking your morning coffee or reading your favorite book. During your stay you can use the washer, dryer and iron as well as 2 separate toilets. Villa Sun Dance has a fenced garden, so children can play and have fun without worries, and a beautifully landscaped garden. You can use four private parking spaces in the yard, while there are two more outside.
