Amazing home located on Moss Creek, with room for the whole family and best of all... the family dog
Moss Creek gives access to excellent fishing, and boating on the Chippewa Flowage. The Chippewa Flowage is a 15,300 acre lake and is known for its premier fishing for Musky, Walleye, Northern Pike, Bass and panfish. To access the Chippewa Flowage from Moss Creek you pass through a culvert under Highway B. The culvert is only large enough for fishing boats to enter.... pontoons will not pass through. Well they might... but you won't be on it when It reaches the other side!
This beautiful home located on two wooded acres, with 250' of meandering shoreline on Moss Creek. A private dock is located at the base of a good amount of steps. Not exactly for the faint of heart. The property is located 1/2 mile from Treeland Resort which has a boat launch if you choose to bring a boat.
A two stall garage is available for parking. There is plenty of additional out door parking for boat or snowmobile trailers.
Sizzle your steaks on the grill as you enjoy a tall cold one, overlooking the creek from the expansive front porch. The fully furnished kitchen is all stainless appliances. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience.
