The Space
When entering you will immediately be at peace and breath. Enter to the left into the open plan Kitchen, dining area and downstairs lounge area. The kitchen provides everything you will need to entertain including a breakfast bar. Light, bright and spacious, open the doors out to the front balcony. Walk past the lounge and out to the outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and outdoor setting just perfect for that alfresco dining. The laundry is situated on the ground floor. Down the hall you will find two bedrooms one with a single bed and trundle and the second main bedroom with a King Bed.
Whether it's kicking back with your latest holiday read out on the balcony, watching TV in the spacious living room or just relaxing, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Come night time, fire up the barbeque and enjoy a good old fashioned Aussie meal.
Walk up the stairs and you will find the work space complete with desk. There you will find the main upstairs open lounge area. Open the sliding doors and walk onto the large balcony and just be in awe of the amazing water view. Continue down the hall and you will find the main bedroom filled with light, a wardrobe and King bed and to the right a bedroom with two king single beds. The main bathroom is on this level.
There is a garage for two cars and another spot for two cars.

The driveway is a little steep however we have installed a key lock at the entrance so you can open the garage and drive right in.
The Neighbourhood
Wamberal is a quiet coastal suburb in the Central Coast with a big heart. This Central Coast suburb is the perfect vantage point to watch whales and to look back onto Wamberal and Terrigal beaches. It is positioned perfectly central to all the best spots on the Central Coast with Terrigal and Avoca only minutes drive south and Bateau Bay, Shelly Beach, Magenta Shores all within a stones throw.
Wamberal Beach is a favourite of the locals. This quiet beach is spread out, with golden sands and azure shores stretching as far as the eye can see, and has patrols every day so rest assured this is a perfect and safe place to catch some waves. For those with accessibility issues or disabilities, the Wamberal Surf Club has a Sand Cruiser wheelchair available for bookings. Can’t get enough of the beach? Head across to Forresters main beach, or go for a short drive to Terrigal beach; famed for its soft golden sand and tranquil lagoon, this is a much-loved spot for swimming, surfing, and sand-castle making.
The Bateau Bay Beach picnic area is the perfect place to enjoy a family picnic, especially since it's sheltered from the elements and nicely shaded. Make sure to pack your towel, because once you’ve finished your lunch, Bateau Bay is an excellent spot for fishing, snorkelling and exploring the rock pools. Afterwards, take a short scenic walk to Crackneck lookout, which offers sweeping views over the entrance and Shelly Bay. If you’re lucky, you might see a whale or two!
Aquafun Avoca Lake is home to some of the best fun and adventure you can find in the Central Coast. This must-do experience is home to Australia’s largest selection of human-powered pedal boats, kayaks, and stand-up paddle boards. Jump aboard your watercraft of choosing and explore the tranquil waterway and extensive wetlands of Avoca Lake.
Getting Around:
There is free parking on the premises for guests arriving by car. To fully explore this gorgeous area, it is suggested guests have access to their own transport.
