The property comprises a large main house that sleeps up to 8 people and an annexed gîte which sleeps 2 people, making a maximum capacity of 10 people. The price quoted is for 8 people in the main house. The gîte can be rented individually for an additional charge. (Please note that all buildings can only be booked by one group)
The main house is all on one level, with the exception of the office. It features 3 large double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a spacious open kitchen and dining room, perfect for entertaining.
All the rooms in the main house benefit from pretty French windows opening onto a long, partially covered terrace that runs along the front of the property and overlooks the garden with uninterrupted views, making this an ideal place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the Périgourdine countryside.
The studio annexe which has a small open kitchenette, double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a roll top bath, a large shower, WC and washbasin and can be booked for an additional fee.
Outside, steps lead down to the private heated swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols. There is also a small summer kitchen with a covered dining area that is ideal for al fresco dining.
The property has air-conditioning and a large parking area.
