Only a pet under 20 lbs is allowed during stay. Pet must be house trained and is not allowed on furniture, pool and cannot be left alone at any time. A non-refundale pet fee is collected. Please review house rules for pet and children.

This home is located on Pacific Coast Hwy. and guests are subject to residual traffic noise from the highway and waves crashing. A noise cancelling machine is provided to mitigate the noise. Bedrooms have skylights so guests are advised to bring personal eye mask if the morning light bothers them. Adult guests will be required to sign a pool liability waiver at check-in.

No refund will be issued for unused nights or changes to length of stay.
