This Gothic Revival, circa 1858 is a National Register of Historic Places nestled along the Lowcountry marshes and moss draped live oaks of the Colleton River in Bluffton, South Carolina. Upon entering Rose Hill Plantation, guests are greeted at the 24 hour community guarded entrance. Guest passes are required upon entry and will be provided by Mansion at Rose Hill during time of stay. Journey through the community passing the Equestrian Center, Polo Fields and many estate homes to arrive at the private gates of Mansion at Rose Hill. Our property offers over twelve fenced in acres to explore and experience.
Take in the lush natural beauty of our majestic oak, magnolia and pecan trees. Enjoy the abundance of wildlife along our fresh water lagoon and saltwater marsh. Our brick lined entrance and stately front steps greet you with double doors covered by barrel ceilings on an oversized Lowcountry porch with everyones favorite, rocking chairs.
