Travel Purpose: leisure
Negative: Attitude of the host. Lazy communication, sends generic messages for instructions with advertising of unsolicited additional services prominent in the instructions. Parking wasn't available due to ongoing work. Host didn't bother to inform us even though then berated us for not following their video instructions which we followed to the tee and hence causing the confusion. A simple reply to our request for parking would have avoided the unpleasant experience.
