Summary: A number of items didn't work properly and needed to be replaced. The iron leaked and cable too short, the first kettle didn't work, the second kettle didn't boil properly. The flush was too weak, the shower was too weak. The mattress wasn't as clean as expected and we asked management to vaccuum it.
