With a brand new interior, all new furniture and artwork from Gillies and Marc, Marquis II is the perfect executive suite for the professional couple to explore Sydney. Potts Point is an undiscovered village, tucked beside the harbour, a stroll to the Botanic Gardens, Opera House, Harbour, and Kings Cross. Wander in a few minutes to parks, restaurants, grocery store. Located 2 minutes to Kings Cross Train Station - it's the perfect location!
HOUSE RULES:
*Check-in: After 3:00 pm
*Check-out: Before 10:00 am

*No parties nor events
*Pets are allowed (special requirements are in place for this. Please refer to the additional rules below).
ADDITIONAL RULES:
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is TWO people. If you would like to have day visitors, please reach out to us first for approval.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is prior to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in than 3 pm and we are able to accommodate your request, there may be an additional charge. If you check out later than 10 am, there will be an additional charge of $50.
* Pets - We are a pet-friendly property. We ask all our guests to contact us for approval of pets before booking and include your request in the reservation form as there is a pet fee of $110 per stay to cover the cost of extra cleaning and disinfection. Please do not allow your pets to do on the furniture.
* Please ensure you close all windows and sliding doors when vacating the apartment. Also, please bring the cushion from the outside hanging chair inside and place it next to the sofa.
THINGS TO KNOW:
*Parking - Our lovely home has 1 security spot for you to use during your stay. There are a few visitor spots, however, they are subject to availability.
*This property is suitable for babies or children. Items such as cots and high-chairs we do not supply, however, you are welcome to bring these yourself to the property.
*Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

Our apartment is located in the epicenter of fashionable Potts Point, which has been likened to New York’s SoHo. This vibrant suburb is alive with cool restaurants, cafes, bars, hip boutiques, creative bookshops and galleries. Potts Point is within walking distance of the CBD, Sydney Harbour, The Opera House, The Botanic Gardens and many other fine art galleries and museums.
Our beautiful apartment has been renovated to the highest standard, with beautiful new furniture throughout, SMEG appliances for your basic needs in the kitchen and amazing artwork from Gillies and Marc. Quaint views from the balcony, living room and kitchen/dining area. There is a large living and entertaining room with a smart TV where you can stream movies and 1 cozy bedroom with a super king bed!
You have the perfect kitchen for cooking and entertaining in, as well as a spacious bathroom with beautiful organic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and a washer/dryer.
You are also free to use the sauna and gym in the building from 9am - 9pm daily. (Please note, no food and drinks allowed in the sauna and gym)
Our lovely apartment has a carspot which makes travelling interstate a breeze, or if you are hiring a car we are located across the road from No Birds making car pick up and drop off a breeze!
You are only a 10-minute walk to the Sydney CBD, 10 minutes to Oxford Street by walk and 300 metres from Kings Cross Station. If you cannot be bothered with public transport, Ubers are frequent as you are in the heart of Sydney!

Summary: This is a fantastic apartment in a sweet location. Close to Potts point and woolloomooloo, you’re spoilt for choice. Also just a short walk and you’re next to the harbour. There’s a small park nearby to take your dog for a walk in.
