Construction Updates
Marriott`s Marbella Beach Resort will undergo villa room renovations and Annual Maintenance Projects from Nov. 18, 2024, through Mar. 07, 2025. Please anticipate construction noise during daytime hours. Amenities and F&B outlets opening dates & times will be affected.
Below is the most current schedule for planned maintenance work & facility closures affecting owners and guests. The resort will do its utmost to keep any disturbance to the minimum and we like to apologize in advance for any noise the maintenance may cause to you during your holidays. The ongoing renovations and preventive maintenance will ensure the upkeep of the resort for your upcoming holidays.
Please note that this schedule only covers larger projects that are scheduled at this point in time. Other repairs or maintenance may occur throughout the Resort on an ongoing basis and are not noted on this schedule.

3 During work, the noise level may be at times high for extended periods in affected areas of the Resort.
4 Alternative Pools are scheduled to be open.
5 During renovation works limited changing facilities may be offered. Full changing room facilities are available in the Family Pool. While closed, no steam room facilities will be available. Unisex Sauna is available at the Family Pool.
