Your unit is unique like an apartment itself where you have your own bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living and dining as well as laundry and a balcony facing Jacob's Ladder in Kings Park. There is a split system air conditioning in the main living room which effectively cools the second bedroom also when the doors are open. There is also a split system in the main bedroom.
