Beautiful farmhouse 4 kms from the beach of l'Estartit.

This house is located in the agricultural area between Torroella de Montgrí and l'Estartit surrounded by fields of fruit trees. It has a large plot of more than 5000 m² fully fenced and a private pool.

The interior of the house is decorated in rustic style. On the ground floor there is a large hall, a bathroom, a living room with fireplace, kitchen with access to a large porch for meals outdoors.
