Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location and the pool. Communication via what’s up was good.

Negative: Staff was not overly friendly and the person who we believe was the owner was at breakfast and dinner but never introduced himself. They had us change rooms after our shower drain overflowed. We had breakfast four mornings and nobody asked if we wanted an espresso or cappuccino. Only after we saw them bringing other people coffees did we realize we could ask for it.

Summary: It was just okay, but we won’t be back.
