Luxurious four-ensuite bedroom villa plus ensuite maid room on large plot within 5 min drive of Jumeirah Walk and Marina. The spacious villa has 5000 square feet interior with massive living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, TV room, game room with pool table and large bar. The villa has substantial gardens with private pool, covered seating, dining area and badminton/volleyball net. The villa was fully renovated in 2023.
The home is walking distance to shops, spa, restaurants/bar, private club/gym and 2km to JLT Metro. Within 20 min of all major tourist attractions. Excellent option for a family holiday or short term corporate housing!
Popular with families who appreciate the security of living in a gated community, Jumeirah Island is a well-established neighborhood which contains a large selection of common amenities including lush landscaped areas, 7 km bike loop, playgrounds, tennis courts, restaurants and bars, country club with large hotel pool with poolside service, gym, sauna, and walking paths for enjoying a stroll! We recommend you rent a car but taking taxi or Uber is also very easy to get around.
The ground floor of the villa has massive living room with double ceilings and large sectional couches. In addition, the ground floor has a dining room, laundry room, kitchen, powder room and ensuite bedroom. There is also a maid room with private bath with bunkbeds. The villa can comfortably accommodate 10 people.
On the first floor, you will find 3 ensuite bedrooms and a second living room (TV Room).
The grand master suite is massive with large king bed and sitting area. There is also a separate dressing area, private balcony with outdoor seating and stunning new marble en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower!
There are two other bedrooms upstairs both with ensuite bathroom and double bed. One room has sofa bed and the other one has loveseat.
Bedroom 4 on ground floor has king bed with an attached new marble bathroom and tub.
Villa has central AC, wireless Internet, Showtime OSN, computer, printer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There are two 50+-inch TVs with Showtime OSN and DVD player. There are toys, games, books and DVDs (both adult and child) available for your use.
There is large front and back garden with ample covered seating and dining areas. There is a private driveway with electronic gate for 4 vehicles plus front terrace with seating.
The spacious back garden has covered seating, lounge chairs and dining table, private pool and barbecue.
The guests have exclusive use of the villa, private pool and private gardens. The garage is not available for use but there is large private driveway, which can accommodate 4 cars.
Other things to note
- While the villa is close drive to all the major tourist sites and only 2 km walk to JLT Metro, it is best to rent a car or use Taxi/Uber.
- Reminder that Dubai is a desert and water pressure should be conserved. You may experience low water pressure occasionally during the day as the water tank refills.
- Gardener and pool guy comes 3 times per week. Maid cleans twice week for 4 hours.
