Downstairs: Huge living area with tall windows, dining area, family room with poker table, kitchen, and half bathroom. 2 55in Smart TVs in living room and family room with Netflix and Youtube TV for cable channels!
Only DISCLOSED number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation. We also do not allow visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us prior to their visit.
By booking you agree that, there will be no unannounced guests other than the number of guests you have on your reservation and there will be no visitors during your stay.
Additional guests after 6 people or pets would require an extra charge of $40 per head on the nightly rate due to the usage and wear & tear on the home. Penalty for each unannounced guest or pet not disclosed prior to the stay is $80 per head (2x the normal charge).
Please take off your shoes before going on carpeted areas.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR DRUGS ALLOWED AT THIS HOME! This will result in a fine of $500 or more, payable via the Resolution Center.
QUIET HOURS are from 9PM-7AM. Loud noise or parties will result in immediate eviction without refund.
Checkout is at 10AM. Any guest staying past that is assessed a late checkout charge of $50/hour thereafter payable through the Resolution Center.
Turn off all lights, AC/heater, and gas & lock all doors before going to bed or leaving the home.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
+The security deposit will not be charged but just put on hold and it will be released 14 days after your checkout if there is no damage claim during your stay.
