Positive: Very beautiful apartment and a lovely lobby. It is truly a perfect place for interesting photo sessions. All necessary amenities are provided. There are parks nearby, and the zoo, Japanese garden, and fountains are within a pleasant 30-minute walk.

Negative: However, there is a small issue with grocery stores nearby, so it’s better to plan shopping logistics in advance. I would also recommend adding a few more child-friendly items, such as a small step stool and a toilet seat adapter for children. These are small things, but they make life much easier for families with kids.

Summary: A very beautiful and cozy place, with excellent attractions nearby.
