Summary: The property is new and beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful. but they have serious problems. There was no running water at all on 3 of 4 nights I stayed there and on 2 out of 4 afternoons. It was on and off the rest of the time. And not just my room but in restrooms by the restaurant etc. That may well be the lack of infrastructure on the very dry island that just doesn’t have enough water for everyone as opposed to the fault of the hotel itself but it is of course not what you expect at a 5 star hotel. It may not be a good idea to develop more tourism on the island. Other than that, my room wasn’t ready for check in before 5.30 which isn’t great. But they arranged a massage for me so it was fine.
