Located in South Cronulla, only 150 metres from the white sand lifeguard patrolled beach. You'll be spoilt for choose with restaurants and cafes within walking distance. One hour by direct train to the middle of Sydney city. A fully furnished living space, 45 square metre balcony & BBQ. Sleeps 6 people, Wheelchair accessible, Secure FOB protected building.

KITCHEN-
Breakfast bar, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove top, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, and microwave. Kitchenware and utensils are provided, along with milk, tea & coffee, Nespresso machine with pods.
2 BATHROOMS- Each bathroom has a spacious shower, toilet and vanity. The ensuite has a spa. One hair dryer provided.
LIVING AREA- Two lounges and round dining table for 6people, large smart TV. Card and board games provided.
BALCONY- 45 square metre balcony, gas BBQ, outside dining table for 6 and a two seater table set.
PARKING- No off street parking but there is untimed free parking street parking.
LAUNDRY- Washing machine, dryer and sink in the apartment. Clothes line located in the common area.
