Summary: Perfect location if you are planning on going to Disney and the Beach. It's 10 minutes from the ocean and an easy drive of maybe 20 minutes to Disney. Safe neighborhood.... near by grocery stores, target, lots of restaurants.... House was clean and matched the pics. We brought boogie boards with us and were surprised they had a few extra in the garage. The only downer for us was no TV in the bedrooms and check in is kind of late.... 5 pm. We did arrive at the property at 430 pm and were able to check in. I was nervous because I've always received the check in procedures from the owner a few daus before arrival.... here they sent the day of. It was easy. We had a great time & loved staying at this property.
