Mid-Century Masterpiece on Secluded 18-Acre Woods | House in Whitewater

3 Bedroom House in Whitewater
Built in 1968, this impressive house was designed with the utmost care and thought to ensure that it would stand the test of time.
We made sure to preserve its timeless look and feel to provide a one-of-a-kind experience for our guests.
Located on 18 acres, this house is hidden amongst the trees in an otherwise farm-centric town. This change in scenery is just one of the ways that this house sets itself apart from any other place in Whitewater.
We can't wait for you to see it for yourself!
The space
We take the sanitation and cleaning procedures of our home very seriously. All linens are laundered with every new stay, and all commonly touched surfaces and objects are sanitized with every clean.
You get the best of both worlds here. Yes, the acreage and seclusion offer you privacy, but you're still only:
3 miles from the Piggly Wiggly (grocery store)
9 miles from Walmart Supercenter
9 miles from Whitewater Farmers Market
The home is a 3/2.5 with two king beds and 2 full beds. On the first floor, enjoy the stunning living room with floor to ceiling windows offering views of the surrounding woods. Listen to some vinyls, watch a movie, play a board game or just relax and unwind by the fire.
Also on the first floor you'll find the Bedroom 1, the Master, with a bathroom and first-floor laundry attached. On the second floor you'll find another great lounging area, with a funky sofa and 2 cozy pink chairs in front of the additional second-floor fireplace. The second full bathroom is just at the top of the steps facing the strikingly lit artwork that jumps out at you from an all-white wall.
Take a left and you'll enter Bedroom 2, which offers the perfect workspace, as a desk with reading light and bookshelves sit opposite a king-sized bed. One of the walls is the beautiful stone backside of the fireplace, adding to the elemental air of the home.
Walk over to Bedroom 3 where you'll find 2 full-sized beds in a glamorous, symmetrical room. In one corner you'll find a reading chair/table, breaking up the symmetry and adding another cozy work area.
While the home is equipped to host 8 people, a 9th is doable if someone wants to sleep on the living room sofa (speaking from experience, it's very comfortable!). We're happy to host all 9, but keep in mind it is a little cozier as it's a 2025 square foot home.
While there are some great dining options in town, our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook you and your family a nice dinner.
A hot tub is also located along the side of the house for your enjoyment :)
THINGS TO NOTE-
This is meant to be a space of reconnecting with family. As such, we don’t currently offer wifi or cable tv.
Please DO NOT adjust the hot tub temperature during your stay. If you have questions, please reach out.
You are welcome to use our fireplace, but it is BYOFW :) (bring your own firewood)
The grill is NOT to be used (damaged by a former guest and intended to be removed from the property)
No shoes inside the home please. Shoes are to be taken off and left by the front door for the health and safety of all.
*Tracking mud into the home WILL result in an additional$40 cleaning fee.*
