Located in an historic old town, this newly renovated, east facing home has beautiful natural light, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator and oven/range, two comfortable bedrooms with queen size beds and a full updated bathroom.
Local coffee, tea, and some snacks are provided as well as basic cooking necessities.
There is wifi, a smart TV, cards and board games. Private entrance, off street parking and outdoor seating area to enjoy the large hardwoods surrounding the property.
Walking distance to grocery stores, one mile from Poudre Valley Hospital.
Fifteen minute walk to downtown Fort Collins, Canvas stadium and Moby Arena.
The backyard is accessible by request on a case by case basis.
You will have access to the entire upstairs unit. The basement is occupied by a longterm tenant who does not share any spaces with guests.
Beautiful old growth neighborhood. Elm lined streets and historic homes with an eclectic mix of restaurants, bars, music and parks within walking distance.
The entrance is via a set of steps, not ADA accessible.
No Pets Please!
There is a LONG-TERM TENANT that lives in the basement apartment. Quiet hours are 10p to 8a. We want to keep those tenants and our neighbors happy so please keep noise down during these hours. No Smoking Please do not smoke in our home. If you are going to smoke on the patio, please make sure not to leave cigarette butts anywhere but in the trash can. If we can smell cigarette smoke after you leave there will be a $500 fine. We take this very seriously.

Summary: Great little house in a great area! Our family was in town for CSU graduation and the house was just as advertised. Had all we needed. Manager was very helpful when I discovered I’d left some items in a drawer, I’m so thankful! Thanks Larissa!
