Positive: Easy 10 minute walk to the trolley that takes you to the heart of NO. Quiet neighborhood. Accomodated our party of 7 perfectly.
Negative: only living room has a tv. no biggie, i just missed my tv while there.
Summary: Perfect location for a nice getaway to NOLA.
