Positive: We had the sea view apartment, the View was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, the A/C was working perfectly, the owner lady was very friendly and helpful. They leave you a water and juice in the fridge and you can prepare you own coffee:)
Negative: Because the walls are not real concrete it was very loud in the night since the main road is exactly in front of the building, for a better experience choose an apartment form behind also the water in the sink seemed to be clogged. Also since it is an apartment, some essential items were missing to prepare a proper breakfast.
