Summary: We wanted to love this place! It had everything we wanted for a three "old" couples getaway. But there were many things that fell short. 1. Half full Dr. Pepper bottle on fountain in entry. 2. 2 king and one queen bed not 3 kings as in the listing. 3. No toilet paper or hand soap in Master bath and 2nd bath 4. Pots, Glasses and some cups need to be cleaned before use. 5. Both the coffee pot and the refrigerator are blinking "clean me or change my filter" It took 35 minutes to make a pot of coffee. 6. None of the lamps worked but the overhead lights did 7. No instructions on how to work the TV and sound bar. 8. They need a new cleaning service. The place was dirty with dust, splashed food on window in dining room and when I walked on my bare feet there was sediment all over the bottom of my feet. 9. Only one pool cue had a tip. We found glue and tips in a drawer and repaired 3 cues. 10. One dining room chair is wobbly. We tightened the nut as much as we could by hand. 11. There were small bugs in one bathtub and behind the toilet in the other king bathroom. 12. The drain in the master bath did not drain well, took 30 minutes. 13. Cabinet interiors were full of dust and bath mats were stained. We had to sweep, dust, purchase toilet paper, dish soap and coffee pot cleaner just to make the place liveable. Oh and if the lamps dont turn on, move the furniture and try plugging them in and if that doesn't work try looking in the back hall closet for lightbulbs. The owners let us know on the last night of our stay that they would refund us $100 for the place not being up to par. Hopefully they will address the issues. We are 5 star guests and hate to complain but dont want anyone else to be disappointed.
